Yes. Every tool is free and needs no sign-up. You can process files up to 10 MB each.
What happens to my files?

Can I use ManagePDF on my phone?
Yes: the site works in any modern browser on Android, iPhone, Windows, Mac and Linux, with nothing to install. For Word, Excel and PowerPoint to PDF a computer is recommended.
Can I unlock a PDF if I don’t know the password?
No. The “Unlock PDF” tool removes protection only if you know the password, or if the file only has editing or printing restrictions. Use it only on documents you have the rights to.
